Piotr has been involved with the capital markets for over 20 years. Since 2014, he is serving as an advisor to the managing board of Colian Holding S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. An independent supervisory board member at Qumak S.A., Krynicki Recykling S.A. and Artifex Mundi S.A. He was previously associated with IndygoTech Minerals S.A., where he served as Deputy CEO and CFO and a person responsible for preparation of the strategy to turn a VC fund into a production- focused group. As part of IndygoTech, he was responsible, as the CEO, for the development of Baltic Ceramics S.A., a start-up wholly owned by Baltic Ceramics Investments S.A., whose shares are listed on NewConnect. Between 2007 and 2011, Piotr has managed numerous IR programs, including those for leading companies in their respective sectors, such as Neuca, Zelmer, Magellan, WSiP or Ceramika Nowa Gala.

Marcin has been involved with the capital markets for over 20 years. He has served in management roles at stock brokerages, advisory companies (corporate finance, M&A, investor relations) as well as in financial media.

He was responsible for several capital (equity) raising projects worth a total of PLN 2.4bn. He has supported scores of several dozen issuers in their IR efforts, including Vistula, Wólczanka, Pfleiderer Grajewo, Ciech, Comp, Netia and Amica. A participant in cross-border projects, including the first ever listing on the Polish stock market of a German VC fund bmp AG using EUs passporting rules and the integration of Balkan assets into Asseco SEE. An advisor of numerous issuers on reporting compliance and corporate governance.
